July 23, 2012.  TENEX (JSC Techsnabexport) has successfully completed a project on automation of managerial accounting and budgeting within the framework of introducing a complex automated software system based on “1C: Enterprise 8” platform. The project was implemented in two stages in cooperation with 1C-Rarus Company.

During the first stage of the project (completed in 2010), the regulated accounting process was successfully automated. The target required significant improvement of the standard 1C Accounting 8 configuration considering development of the functionality and ranging of the installing system. 

During the second stage (completed in July 2012), a complex automated system was created adding the modules of managerial accounting, budgeting, management of finance and procurements.

Therefore, basing on the “1C: Accounting 8 CORP” standard configuration and “1C: Enterprise 8.2” platform the Company now has an entirely automated the following processes: budget planning, finance management (moneys management, currency control, insurance, management of the Company’s credit portfolio), fast closing of finance reporting and arrangement of procurement procedures. The unified corporate automated system incorporates all the Company’s units. Over 250 work stations using the 1C software product were automated in the Company. Over 100 of active users are working with the system daily.

“An important result of the automation is the ensured transparency of the business processes, authenticity and consistency of the data provided, as well as  ability of the running management accounting that is in strict compliance with the internal regulations and requirements of the Rosatom State Corporation,” - says Alexander Lyubavin, Head of TENEX’s Directorate for Procurement, Quality Assurance and Information Technologies. “Besides, using of this software significantly reduces the manhours needed for the arranging of all of the automated processes that, in its turn, substantially rises the efficiency of our work”, - he underlines.
