OREANDA-NEWS. July 25, 2012. Deflation at a rate 0.2% was recorded in two decades of July in Ukraine.

This was started by Prime Minister Mykola Azarov at a meeting with leading scientists and economists.

"Inflation has reached a record low and now we have data for two decades in July, we have inflation index at a rate of 99.8%. That is confirmed longstanding tendency that July is usually deflationary month", - said Mykola Azarov.

He recalled that in the first half of 2012 GDP growth reached 2.5%.
