OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2012. Gazprom Neft's Service Station Network has received a prize in the third annual 'Consumer Rights and Quality Service' Award for 'Retail Services' following the public voting 'Consumer 'Choice-2012'.

'Consumer 'Choice-2012' is a special voting process helping identify the consumer attitude towards goods and service providers in the market. The winners were chosen in an online opinion survey involving 1.5 million respondents. The voting was held with support from a market research holding company ROMIR, and the results were validated by an independent auditor group BDO.

"Consumer confidence is the highest rating for any brand. Consumers’ preference to Gazprom Neft's service station network assures a high level of service, customer care and quality of fuels dispensed at the company's service stations. "Gazprom Neft plans further to improve service station standards so as to retain car owners’ confidence", commented Gazprom Neft’s Director for Regional Sales, Alexander Krylov.

The award event is held with support from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Moscow Administration, the Russian Chamber of Trade and Industry, the Association of Retail Trade Companies (AKORT), the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications, ECR-Rus, the Russian Association of Consumers and others. This year prizes were awarded in the following categories: 'Retail Trade', 'Retail Services', 'Financial Literacy and Openness', 'Mass Media for Consumers' and Consumer 'Choice-2012' and the results were determined by public voting.
