OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2012. Gazpromneft-Aero and the Greek fuel company EKO have signed an agreement to service aircraft at Greek airports. Under the agreement refueling operations have already started for regular flights of the airline carriers Nordavia and Nordwind in Araxos, Rodos and Heraklion.

"We are planning further to build on cooperation with EKO which is a good opportunity to expand the geographical presence of Gazpromneft-Aero both in Greece and the South-East Europe as a whole. We believe that the airports of Athens, Thessaloniki and Corfu are the most promising locations in Greece", commented Gazpromneft-Aero's CEO Vladimir Egorov.

Today the international geographical presence of Gazpromneft-Aero comprises 80 airports around the world. The Company is planning to further expand the international networks of airports, which will allow it to ensure that Russian air carriers are refueled on time and enjoy the best prices for jet fuel.
