OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2012. The Customer Care Service of Sberbank became bilingual. Now, it can communicate with customers of the bank not only in Russian but also in English, reported the press-centre of Sberbank.

The English version of Sberbank's web site added a feedback form that allows the customers to ask questions, submit proposals or complaints and participate in discussions about Sberbank's products, services and news. In addition, the Customer Care Service now tracks the messages about Sberbank in the English-speaking segment of social media. This will allow any customer who left a message about a problem in English on his/her page in a social network, blog or forum to quickly receive support from the Service.

The Customer Care Service operates in all major social networks by helping the customers to find answers for complex questions and resolve problems. Following 2011, the Service was mentioned in the special nomination "Breakthrough of the Year" organized by Banki.ru, a leading banking Internet portal in Russia. In 2011, the activities of the Service allowed Sberbank to demonstrate the highest increase in the "People's Rating" published by Banki.ru.

Earlier, Sberbank began to serve the customers in English, German and French through its Contact Center. The Center operates 24/7 and its phone number is 8 800 555 5550.

At this time, the divisions of Sberbank, including its subsidiaries and companies, are present in 19 countries around the world.
