OREANDA-NEWS. August 1, 2012. BM&FBOVESPA will hold a ceremony on Monday (July 23) to celebrate the public offering of Units of Transmissora Alianca de Energia Eletrica S.A (Taesa), an energy transmission company listed on Corporate Governance Level 2 since 2006.

The event will take place at the Raymundo Magliano Filho Visitors’ Center, with the participation of Taesa General Superintendent Jose Ragone.

Specialized in the construction, operation and maintenance of transmission lines, Taesa currently employees 246 people who are responsible for managing and operating 6,250 km of transmission lines.

In addition, Taesa operates 47 sub-stations across the country, each producing between 230 and 500 Kv, and a control center located in Brasilia.
