OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2012. The Bank of Moscow has announced a change in its retail loan terms. In particular, the maximum age of the borrower (for all retail loans apart from mortgages) has been raised to 65 years on redemption of the loan, reported the press-centre of Bank of Moscow. 

The change in loan terms has also affected loan surety. Sureties are no longer required, irrespective of the loan sum.

"By raising the maximum age of borrowers to 65 years, we are expanding out clients’ opportunities and making our products and services more accessible", commented Natalya Konovalova, Vice-President and Director of the Retail Loan Department.
