OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2012. The investment company A1 announces the acquisition of a share of voting shares of OJSC Moscow Plant of Computing and Analytical Machines (OJSC SAM). Thus, A1 has become a shareholder of one of the most important firms of Russia's military and space industry, included in the list of the country's strategic firms.

The near-future plans of A1 include normalizing the operating activities of OJSC SAM by participating in the plant's governance and by resolving the prolonged corporate conflict, in which the plant has been involved during the last 15 years.
