OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2012. Uralkali (LSE: URKA, “the Company”) states that the Company has been notified by the ICT Group of Companies that it has decreased its shareholding in the Company by 2.87% via a swap deal with PPF Group.

The shareholder structure of Uralkali as of 13 August 2012 is as follows:

*The shareholdings are based on data as of 23 March 2012 and take into account the Company's share capital decrease as of 1 August 2012 (as a result of cancellation of shares held as treasury stock as well as those purchased under the buyback programme) and decrease in the shareholding of Mr. Alexander Nesis by 2.87%.
