OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2012. According to Director of the Agency of Land Affairs and Cadastre Anatol Ghilas, the document is aimed at creating the legislative basis in order to ensure registration of information about owners and their real estate property for them to be taxed further.

According to the document, local institutions and owners of the property have to present annual information to territorial cadastre offices. The information will be processed and included in the Real Estate Property Cadastre.

In particular, it is to include any alterations in the real estate facilities, including those 50% incomplete within last 3 years. Besides, the owners have to present copies of leasehold contracts, documents justifying changes of the purpose of the building or the land lot, new accessory buildings, information about perennial plants, etc.
