OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2012. An issuance of LOCKO-BANK BO-03 series bonds worth RUB 3 billion was fully placed on the MICEX Stock Market, reported the press-centre of NOMOS-BANK. 

The placement was held by public subscription through the collection of direct orders from buyers for the purchase of bonds at a fixed price and coupon rate for the first coupon period.

The first coupon rate set by the Bank after collecting direct requests from buyers for the purchase of bonds was 10.75% per annum. The interest rate for the second coupon was also 10.75% per annum. Other coupon rates will be determined by the Bank after the placement of bonds.

OJSC Promsvyazbank (PSB)
OJSC ZENIT Bank.
LOCKO-BANK BO-03 series bonds will begin circulation on the MICEX Stock Exchange.

Release of LOCKO-BANK BO-03 series bonds was admitted to trading the MICEX Stock Exchange January 14, 2011 with the identification number: 4B020302707B. The technical underwriter of the issue is OJSC NOMOS-BANK.

At present, there are two issues in circulation of Bank bonds of series 05 (RUB 2.5 billion), and series BO-01 (RUB 2.5 billion). All the Bank’s bond placements are traded on the MICEX Stock Exchange in the first-level "A" quotation list. Additionally, they are included in the Lombard list and list of securities accepted as collateral for repo transactions by the Bank of Russia.
