The decrease in retail prices for oil products was determined by their higher import value dut to an increase in oil quotations and Platt?s prices in international markets.

The average retail price for gasoline was USD 1102 per t. in the first half-year of 2012, 9.3% up as compared with the same period of 2011. The average price for imported diesel amounted to USD 1031 per t. (+4.6%), being USD 843 per t. For liquefied gas (+4.7%).
