OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2012. The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has opened the newly built bus station 'Vydubychi' in Kyiv.

"Today we open the new large modern bus station 'Vydubychi' designed for huge ridership. It solves a range of transportation problems," he said.

Mykola Azarov added over 20 thousand passengers would daily 'pass' through the bus station.

He also informed on 14 October there would be opened a major transport hub within the Darnytsia rail-road bridge across the Dnieper River, which would include this bus station.

The Prime Minister pointed out the bus station is located in amazingly convenient place as it is near the railway station, subway, direct path to the airport 'Boryspil', to the city center and away from Kyiv as well. Near the new bus station there is also plying a city electric train.

The complex of bus station's facilities occupies an area over 4 hectares. From the bus station there will be running transport towards 70 routes, serving more than 20 thousand passengers a day.
