OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2012. 40 bulldozers ran across the Atlantic and reached Cuba’s Island of Freedom.

It took 2,5 months for machines to overcome almost the half of the globe: being delivered from Chelyabinsk to Saint Petersburg, later Germany and finally Jamaica.

In order to extend operating life of the aggregates all 40 machines are provided with supplemental spare parts kits. The bulldozers are intended to be placed under the standby storage of Havana’s material resources, and later will be allocated to road and hotel construction objects.

On the very first day Cuban engineers were impressed by ease of bulldozer control, machine maneuverability and hydro mechanical transmission advantages over mechanical transmission.

To provide execution of its warranty obligation ChTZ sent qualified service representatives to assist in some matters referred to the machines operation.
