OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2012.  Fujitsu announces today it has signed a 5-year IT infrastructure and applications services outsourcing agreement with Perpetual Limited (ASX: PPT). The strategic partnership allows Perpetual to leverage Fujitsu’s proven best practices to modernise its IT infrastructure and applications as well as enable a number of service and capability improvements as part of its business-wide Transformation 2015 Strategy.

Following a formal evaluation of its existing information technology arrangements, Perpetual called for proposals to comprehensively transform its IT infrastructure, including networks, desktop, and applications. From this competitive process, Fujitsu was selected as the IT vendor to add substantial value to Perpetual's business.

Fujitsu’s local reputation for solid infrastructure and applications management capabilities evidently resonates with this increasing requirement for the reliable delivery of multiple services”.
