OREANDA-NEWS.  August 31, 2012. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov instructed law enforcement agencies to verify the information of the trade union committee head of Mykolayiv State Enterprise "Shipyard named after 61 Communards" about the theft of state property at the plant. The Prime Minister announced the relevant order during a meeting Cabinet.

Mykola Azarov said that during his working trip to Mykolayiv Region, he talked with the workers of "Shipyard named after 61 Communards" who complained about non-payment of wages, theft of property plant and omissions of law enforcement agencies.

"The Trade Union Committee head during a meeting with me gave facts of theft of state property in the enterprise and what law enforcement bodies don't respond to this in any way," Mykola Azarov emphasized.

The Prime Minister instructed to carefully sort out facts mentioned in the report of the trade union leader, and give them a proper legal assessment.

The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov instructed law enforcement agencies to deal with the causes of non-pay of wages at the state enterprise "Shipyard named after 61 Communards" in Mykolayiv.

"On behalf of the Cabinet I ask the Prosecutor General, Ministry of Internal Affairs urgently and thoroughly look into these facts and report to the Government," said the Prime Minister.

He also stressed what happened at the Shipyard when there are owed wages to people, is unacceptable.

"I warn the Minister of Finance of personal responsibility for the timely funding of public order. A current wage must be paid timely and in full. The decision to return people debts - must be found soon," the Prime Minister demanded.
