OREANDA-NEWS. September 06, 2012. As representatives of the State Construction Inspectorate has stated at  press conference, this is a benchmark which evidences that quality of building material has become better.

However, the Inspectorate seeks for every company to have the laboratory. IN the middle of August inspectors checked 112 producers and results have been known only on 65 of them . Out of 172 test reports, 22 showed breaches of quality standards, 8 displayed that materials used in building were worse than those contracted.

At present cement samples are being tested. Results will be known in 28 days after the beginning of the test. As the Inspectorate state4s, quality of building materials has become better as compared with 2006. Companies where quality standards are broken have either to pay fines or suspend their activity. Hard violators are to be revoked licenses from. According to the representatives of the Inspectorate, the like inspections are conducted every month and positive changes have been displayed. However, in some cases, companies present high-quality materials for tests but use off-grade ones in their every day work.

According to representatives of the Inspectorate, requirements are tougher in Moldova than in other states. Out of 112 companies inspected in early August, 49 located in Chisinau, 32 in the central part of Moldova, 19 in the North and 12 in the South.
