OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2012. 30 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Businessmen from the UK, the Russian Federation, and the Virgin Islands bought base oil, liquefied gas, polypropylene, KO-20 kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. The businessmen from the UK, the Russian Federation, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine bought one-coloured and jacquard terry towels, cotton yarn, cotton lint. The transactions in the foreign currency totalled over USD 59.460 million

The transactions in deposit manats were concluded for pastry, jeans, cotton yarn, coarse calico, washed karakul, goat and camel wool. The buyer-countries: the US, the UK, Austria, Ukraine, and Kyrgyzstan. The transactions totalled over 3.964 million deposit manats.

Turkmen entrepreneurs bought polypropylene and bread grain to the total sum of 365,000 manats.
