OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2012. Android or iPhone owners - customers of Ukrainian PrivatBank – are able to pay off any bill within 10 seconds just taking a photo of it via a special Fotokassa application.

Now it is not necessary to visit a bank’s outlet or create a payment in Internet-bank to pay bills for utilities, Internet or any other goods or services. It is enough to choose a card that money should be written off, take a photo of a bill and click "Pay" in a special application. A customer can specify an email to receive a scan of signed and stamped payment receipt at will.

"Today, most Ukrainians goes to a bank’s outlet and passes the bill to a cashier. We practically change nothing. You only send cashier a photo of a bill instead of a giving it to him on paper," said Michael Rogalskiy, the PrivatBank Management Technologies Department Head and one of the application’s founders. "This way of making payments can become a transitional stage between servicing in branches and self-working in Privat24 for many customers."

The application is pretty easy to use and has a beautiful eye-catching design. It is available for free-downloading at Google Play and App Store. Commission for FotoKassa payment of bills is the same as for making payments by phone 3700.

In August, another PrivatBank payment application - Privat24 joined the TOP-10 most popular free applications for Android devices in Ukraine.
