OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2012. The National Commission on Securities and Stock Market has signed bilateral memoranda of understanding and the exchange of information with the National Bank of Georgia and the National Securities Commission of Romania. The documents were signed during the regional workshop for heads of regulators stock market, which holds in Kyiv.

As for the nature of memoranda, their content includes that from that time, the parties will provide each other with mutual assistance within the limits of its powers in terms of sharing information, conducting due diligence, identify unauthorized transactions on the stock markets with regulation of authorized persons, etc.

"We are pleased to find the increasing of international cooperation, because it is the result of our daily work. Gratifying that step by step we are consolidating the position of the domestic stock market and the regulator on the international scene," - Dmitry Tevelev, the head of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market concluded.
