DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia’s leading retailers of foods and everyday products - announced consolidated retail revenue growth of 61.6% in Russian rubles (48.6% in USD) for the first eight months of 2012, and consolidated retail revenue growth by 24.6% in Russian rubles (12.2% in US dollars) for August 2012.

For the first eight months of 2012 the DIXY Group opened 252 stores gross and, as of August 31, 2012, had 1,317 stores under operation, including 1,261 neighborhood stores, 37 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group Total Consolidated Retail Revenue

DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date of June 15, 2011) increased to 94.2 billion RUR (3.0 billion USD) by 61.6% in RUR (48.6% in USD) for the first eight months of 2012 compared to the same period last year. In August 2012, DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue increased to 11.8 billion RUR (370.5 million USD) by 24.6% in RUR (12.2% in USD) year-on-year.

DIXY Group total retail revenue for the first eight months of 2012 increased by 21.6% in RUR (11.8% in USD) year-on-year on pro-forma basis (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of FY2011).
