“Only the first week of active operation of sites being over, one can already say that Sberbank-Crowdsourcing is a success and in demand among the Bank's employees and clients. When undertaking such projects, we find it important to create an atmosphere of trust and equal communication on relevant subjects. We are interested in how our work is perceived from the outside, alternative judgments are crucial for us. Next week we expect to start a new project, Noncredit Products for Corporate Clients. Business representatives will be especially welcome among its members”, – emphasizes Tatiana Svidunovich, Deputy Head of the Administration of PSS 2.0 Department at Sberbank of Russia.

The Sberbank-Crowdsourcing project was launched in late August, 2012. The site, available to all Internet users, is designed to solve important business problems of the bank and its clients. In addition, it provides for the development of professional communities where various units of Sberbank can post their targeted requests to address urgent problems.
