OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2012. Boris Vakhrushev, Director of North-West branch of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT, a participant of BulticBuild Exhibition in Saint-Petersburg, remarked the enhancement of the role of consulting companies within the framework of implementation of the development plan for construction industry - “Roadmap”, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.

Boris Vakhrushev, Director of North-West branch of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT incorporated in the Energy Consulting Group, participated in a round-table discussion "Roadmap: prospects for the construction industry development" held on September 12 within the framework of “BalticBuild”, the 16th International Building and Interiors Exhibition in Saint-Petersburg.

The participants discussed prospects for "Roadmap", the development plan for construction industry in Russia, approved by the RF Government on August 16, 2012. It is assumed that the document will reduce administrative burdens and timeframes of investment projects. Some laws envisaging notification procedure for the construction start could become one of the tools to achieve this goal. This “Roadmap” includes an engagement to introduce this draft law by the RF Government.

Boris Vakhrushev, Director of North-West branch of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT, remarked the enhancement of the role of expert companies, in particular consulting ones, within the framework of holding the “Roadmap” events: "Some banks have already asked us to perform maintenance services for the construction-in-progress in addition to the development of traditional expert conclusions on actual payback periods of investment projects. Banks are concerned that in the case of any failure of regulatory requirements the completed facilities could lose their liquidity".

BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT has all necessary certificates enabling to perform any maintenance services for construction facilities. Such an expertise may be necessary for insurance companies, as in compliance with the "Roadmap" a part of the responsibility for abidance by the construction rules and regulations will confer on insurers.
