OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2012. The largest Ukrainian bank PrivatBank has offered its corporate clients a new service "Workflow" and invites enterprises and businesses to move their business documentation into bank's safes. As reported in PrivatBank, documents’ delivery is carried out by the bank’s collection service, and the archives' conversion to electronic format will allow customers to cease expenditures on paper documents processing.

"Each company has a room or even several rooms with documentation, archives, they spend money on storage and protection of these documents; at least one person is watching over the conditions of storing," says the Head of PrivatBank’s Treasury Ludmila Shmalchenko. "Now, PrivatBank takes all these concerns upon itself".

Customers’ documentation will be as safe in bank safes as money and delivery of documents is available all over Ukraine. Of course, the bank guarantees that unauthorized person will not get an access to the archive. Besides, conversion of documents to electronic format will allow customers to access all necessary documents at any time and save tons of paper.
