PwC has won three coveted Gold medals for global projects in the 2012 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards, which recognise the ‘best of the best’ in Learning and  Talent Management. Under ‘Talent’, PwC’s leadership training programme Genesis Park picked up Gold for Best Leadership Development Programme, reported the press-centre of PwC. 

Genesis Park is aimed at turning today’s top performers into tomorrow’s global business leaders. Participants in the 10-week programme solve real strategic issues facing PwC management. Each participant has their own coach for the duration of the programme who helps them understand and embrace the strong and weak aspects of their leadership ability. At the end of the programme, participants make an informed choice of their leadership style.

About 150 high-potential PwC senior managers and directors from around the world take part in the ten-week Genesis Park every year.
