The meeting was a real realization of the initiative for creation of Special Professional Community on Compensation and Benefits for the largest enterprises of North West regions. Expert of C&B niche specialization and as well HR managers interested in that subject will become participants of the Community. Objective of the Community work is an arrangement of public discussions and search for solution to topical problems related with elaboration of incentive programs and designing of salary packages.

Yana Donskaya, CHRO NCG LLC opened meeting with a speech on incentive system management difficulties during transition period. Nataliya Plotnikova Head of Research Department EMG Professionals told about main salary and benefits tendencies and changes as to fist part of 2012, and as well about year - end forecast.

Alisa Evsina Head of C&B NCG LLC told about an experience in C&B sphere using the example of Pulkovo Airport Chief Operator. “For effective operation in new modern airport being constructed now, we have to review work procedures and concept of professional activities. Function of C&B management changes both as the business process and as the tool for creation of personnel mind-set oriented to results, plus serves as system of performance control of the Company’s top-priority goals. By using of different remuneration elements at Pulkovo, just for 2 years we have significantly changed incentive system, thus increasing labour efficiency and decreasing number of labour discipline violations. And we are not going to stop” she said.
