OREANDA-NEWS. October 31, 2012. The specialists of TATNEFT took part in the III-rd All-Russian HR Conference "Russian fuel and energy complex: from human resources to human capital" held in Moscow, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT. 

The professional forum, organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, was devoted to discussing relevant topics of enhancing the efficiency of human resources management, human capital development in the fuel and energy complex of Russia and formation of a unified national framework of personnel policy of the Russian fuel and energy complex.

The event was attended by representatives of federal executive authorities, public associations and organizations, educational institutions and companies engaged in the fuel and energy complex of Russia.

In the lobby of the Ministry of Energy the conference delegates got acquainted with displays of the specialized exhibition "Modern HR technologies for the fuel and energy complex". The presentation stands of TATNEFT included inter alia innovative projects of the Company's e-education, including the "Electronic Corporate University" of TATNEFT (ECU) and "Student Employment Exchange". Interactive educational resources of ECU are a new corporate project established in 2011 and is being implemented within the Company. This project has incorporated the interactive educational resources with application of modern information technologies for the educational process management.

The representatives of the country's fuel and energy companies were honored for their achievements in the development of the human capital of Russia's fuel and energy complex during the plenary session on "Challenges faced by the fuel and energy complex at the present stage and the human factor" with the participation of Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy. TATNEFT was awarded a diploma "For the development of the fuel and energy complex's human capital and introduction of innovative educational resources implemented in 2011-2012: "Electronic Corporate University” (ECU) and "Student Employment Exchange".

The extensive program of the conference included panel discussions, specialized targeted conferences and training programs. The forum has become an effective platform for active discussion on the issues of implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Energy efficiency and energy development". The participants discussed the issues of providing human resources for the fuel and energy complex in the conditions of geographic expansion of mineral extraction, application of high-tech in the industry, expansion of international cooperation, etc.
