OREANDA-NEWS. October 31, 2012. All of LUKOIL’s power-generating companies have been awarded with certificates of readiness for the 2012/2013 autumn-winter period (AWP).

The commissions comprising representatives of the Ministry of Energy (Minenergo), Rostekhnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision), the System Operator of the Unified Power System and EMERCOM inspected the power facilities of OOO LUKOIL-Astrakhanenergo, OOO LUKOIL-Volgogradenergo, OOO LUKOIL-Rostovenergo, OOO LUKOIL-Stavropolenergo, OOO LUKOIL-Kubanenergo, OOO LUKOIL-Ecoenergo, OOO LUKOIL-TTK and LLC LUKOIL-Energoseti.

Seven hundred and twenty events have been implemented as part of the 2012/2013 AWP preparation program for the enterprises belonging to the company’s Power Engineering Business Sector; and more than RUR 1.3 billion was allocated to the above activities.

“We have fully met all the requirements in the industrial safety area, conducted the required repairs and equipment-modernization work. Our enterprises are fully staffed with highly qualified and certified employees. There are sufficient fuel reserves, while the equipment, buildings and structures are ready for operation at low temperatures,” Denis Dolgov, JSC LUKOIL Vice President for Energy, commented.
