OREANDA-NEWS. November 2, 2012. The information about a new project Mediapassport aimed to help orphan children find new families and adopting parents appeared in PrivatBank’s ATMs in Dnipropetrovsk region. This information project was launched by the Bank together with the charity organization "Syayvo Veselky". The main target of Mediapassport is to create an interactive "passport" of each orphan child and make this information available to all people who could adopt a child to a foster home.

"Mediapassport allows orphan children to tell about themselves. The teacher and the friends will also tell about the child," says the Manager of the PrivatBank’s charity project "To help – it’s easy!" Tatiana Dashevskaya. "The potential parents will be able to view a child from a completely different side when he/she is playing or studying, not paying any attention to a video camera."

Now online project www.media.deti.dp.ua contains media passports of 88 children, 23 of them have already found families. PrivatBank’s participation in the project will not only make Mediapassport information available to a large number of the Bank’s clients, but also support this social initiative by transferring donations on the project development.
