According to preliminary data, the total amount of collections of the companies being part of INGO Group – Ingosstrakh Insurance Company (Russia), INGO Ukraine (Ukraine), INGO Ukraine LIFE (Ukraine), IngoNord (Finland), BelIngosstrakh (the Republic of Belarus), INGO Armenia (the Republic of Armenia), Kyrgyzinstrakh (the Kyrgyz Republic), INGO UZBEKISTAN (Uzbekistan), Ingosstrakh Life LLC Insurance Company (Russia), Ingosstrakh-M LLC Insurance Company (Russia), Emergency Insurance Company JSC (Russia), EMESK Medical Insurance Company JSC (Russia), Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance LLC (Russia) – for the first three quarters of 2012 made RUB 80.6 bn, which is a 36 % increase on the same period last year. Insurance payments of these companies for the accounting period amounted to RUB 54.7 bn, which is 41 % more than for the same period last year.

The total amount of premiums of the Russian companies of INGO Group (Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, Ingosstrakh-M LLC Insurance Company, Ingosstrakh Life LLC Insurance Company, Emergency Insurance Company JSC, EMESK Medical Insurance Company JSC, Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance LLC) for primary insurance transactions and risks taken for reinsurance in the first three quarters of 2012 made RUB 77.9 bn, which is a 37 % increase on the same period last year, including RUB 21.6 bn as regards Ingosstrakh-M LLC Insurance Company and EMESK Medical Insurance Company JSC. Payments of the Russian companies of the Group for 9 months of 2012 totaled RUB 53.5 bn, which is 40 % more than for the 9 months of 2011.

According to preliminary data, the total amount of premiums collected by Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in the first three quarters of 2012 amounted to RUB 53.5 bn, which is 35 % more than the amount collected in the same period of 2011, including RUB 50.3 bn for the primary insurance transactions and RUB 3.2 bn for the incoming reinsurance transactions.

Collections of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company for voluntary insurance other than life insurance (including incoming reinsurance) amounted to RUB 43.6 bn, including RUB 6.8 bn for personal insurance, RUB 33.6 bn for property insurance and RUB 3.2 bn for voluntary third-party liability insurance.

For 9 months of 2012, insurance premium collections in CMPTL sector made RUB 9.1 bn, RUB 793.0 m were collected for compulsory public liability insurance of hazardous facilities owners for harm infliction resulting from hazardous facility accidents, RUB 25.2 m accounted for aviation liability insurance.

The highest premium growth rates were shown by the following activities: accident and illness insurance – 156 %, CMPTL – 73 %, hull insurance – 41 %, voluntary health insurance – 35 %.

The total amount of payments of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company for 9 months of 2012 made RUB 32.7 bn, which is 45 % more than in the same period of 2011. Payments for primary insurance transactions totaled RUB 31.4 bn, incoming reinsurance transactions account for RUB 1.3 bn.

Payments for voluntary insurance other than life insurance (including incoming reinsurance payments) amounted to RUB 28.9 bn, including RUB 4.4 bn for personal insurance, RUB 23.4 bn for property insurance, and RUB 1.1 bn for voluntary liability insurance. Payments for CMPTL for 9 months of 2012 made RUB 3.8 bn. Payments for compulsory public liability insurance of hazardous facilities owners for harm infliction resulting from hazardous facility accidents totaled RUB 1.0 m.

The assets of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, Ingosstrakh Life LLC Insurance Company, Ingosstrakh-M LLC Insurance Company, Emergency Insurance Company JSC, EMESK Medical Insurance Company JSC, and Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance LLC for the accounting period made RUB 96.6 bn. Actuarial reserves of the companies of INGO Group amounted to RUB 65.5 bn. The equity capital as of October 1, 2012 reached RUB 24.0 bn, which exceeds the same indicator as of October 1, 2011 by 23 %. EBT of the Russian companies of INGO Group for 9 months of 2012 made RUB 3.6 bn. Preliminary figures indicate RUB 2.7 bn of net profit of these companies according to the results of the 3 quarters of 2012.
