OREANDA-NEWS. November 08, 2012. Sviaz-Bank paid interest on the first coupon of its Series 04 bonds (under official issue registration number 40401470V of August 5, 2011), reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank. 

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8.75% per annum, or 43 rubles 63 kopecks per bond. Overall, the Bank paid out 218,149,972 rubles after tax withheld by the issuer.
Sviaz-Bank sold its fourth ten-year bond issue valued at 5 billion rubles by public subscription on the MICEX Stock Exchange on April 25, 2012. Sviaz-Bank is the managing underwriter of the offering.

Every bond has 20 coupons, each effective for 182 days.

Fitch Ratings agency has assigned a –BB long-term rating in the national currency and the –AA-rus long-term rating on the national scale to the Bank’s Series 04 bonds.
