The II annual conference of the newspaper "Vedomosti" "Petroleum complex of Russia: map of the future" took place in Moscow where Minister of Energy Alexandr Novak, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Denis Khramov, State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Finance Sergey Shatalov, first Deputy General Director of "Zarubezhneft" JSC Sergey Kudryashov, executives of "ExxonMobil Russia", "TNK-BP Management", "LUKOIL" and other leading oil and gas companies, consultants and market analysts took part.

The second conference of the newspaper "Vedomosti" "Petroleum complex of Russia: map of the future" aims to establish a constructive dialogue between the representatives of authority, business and science for the purpose of searching coordinated decisions for further development and competitive growth of national petroleum field on international market.

Participants of the conference discussed problems and perspectives of development of the Russian shelf and oil and gas fields with hard to recover reserves, matters of the fiscal policy and tax assessment in fuel and energy complex.

In the course of the second Session "Fiscal policy of the state. Where to find balance of interests and how to ensure impetus to the field?" the first Deputy General Director of "Zarubezhneft" JSC Sergey Kudryashov who earlier worked in the capacity of the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation took part in the discussion as an expert. He expressed his view on the effect of the taxation policy and rate differentiation in oil sector on growth of investments in oil production and crude refining, he also noted, that new tax regime "60-66" is the most important complex solution in this field, and touched on the issues of elaboration of measures, focused on the development of existing fields.
