OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2012. Network "OKKO" opened a new highway filling complex in Ryasna-Ruska village near Lviv city. The main feature is that a special heat pump of Heliotherm brand is used for heating, air conditioning and hot water supply for filling stations; it is based on the fact that it takes away heat from deep soil layers and turns it into heat energy.

In particular, in Ryasna-Ruska filling station 10 wells are drilled, each of 84 m deep; there are specific probes which collect heat from soil . The pump is designed in such a way that it is able to heat the room in winter and in summer – to cool it. It also consumes 75% less electricity than it is needed for heating or air conditioning in a traditional way.

This new project in Ryasna-Ruska filling station was another element of Go green strategy which is purposefully committed in recent years by "OKKO" network. This strategy includes respect for the environment and precise use of natural resources. Following this course network of filling stations "OKKO" realizes oil depot modernization, practices replacement of conventional lighting to LED, collects recycling, implements energy-efficient equipment.

Another feature of this filling station is that it is set up with 4 high-speed diesel columns for fueling truck transport. Another 4 refueling columns are working in standard mode offering clients fuel Pulls 95, A-95 Euro, A-92, Pulls Diesel and Euro Diesel. Additionally, filling station has gas module, restaurant A la minute, cafe Hot-Cafe, store, parking for trucks. The complex is built in compliance with the accessibility requirements –in particular there are ramps, separate bathroom for the disabled in wheelchairs – that people with disabilities can fully take advantage of services at filling stations network "OKKO".
