OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2012. Effective September 6, 2012 Sergii Ivanuta appointed as Chief Financial Officer of CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE PJSC. Mr. Ivanyuta replaces Timur Salukha, who has resigned to continue his career in a new challenging field.

Sergii will lead all financial administration, business planning, budgeting, as well as initiatives in information technology and optimization of financial activities across the organization.

Mr. Ivanuta has over 18 years of experience in both Ukrainian and international finance, and over 9 years has held Financial Director positions for a number of companies, most recently at Freshtel Ukraine and MTS Ukraine, local telecommunications operators. Prior to this, roles included Chief Financial Officer at AES Ukraine and different managerial positions in Finance at Kraft Foods Ukraine.

Sergii Ivanuta graduated from the National Academy of Management in 1995 with a diploma in finance and credit, and from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in 1994 with a diploma in automation and production planning. In 2005-2006 he also studied in The Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and The Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute . Sergey was admitted as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Sergii Ivanyuta is 41 years old.
