OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2012. Lorica Employee Benefits has selected Aviva’s on-line automatic enrolment modelling and compliance hub as a core part of its Simplicity customer portal.

Aviva’s Auto-Enrolment Manager for Employers (AME) will be integrated into Lorica’s Simplicity auto-enrolment customer portal, providing employers with a fast and secure way to prepare for and manage their on-going pension responsibilities.

Using AME’s powerful processing engine, Lorica will give customers a secure, one-stop auto-enrolment portal that is effective across multiple pension providers’ schemes. Customers will be able to stay up to date with their compliance duties, such as employee enrolments, opt-outs, contribution levels, certification, payroll monitoring and communications.

Simplicity ensures employees are opted in at the correct time, with the appropriate contributions for their band earnings. Employers’ auto-enrolment schemes are continuously monitored to make sure they meet their regulatory responsibilities. The technology is a safe, simple and secure way for employers to be ready for auto-enrolment.

Tobin Murphy Coles, Commercial Director, Lorica Employee Benefits, said: “We have spent several months evaluating options for our Simplicity platform and chose the Aviva solution for the functionality in its hub design, ease of integration and flexibility, as it operates across multiple pension providers. AME also has the capacity to rapidly process very large payrolls, which is very important to our customers”.

Graham Boffey, Aviva’s Managing Director of Corporate Benefits said:

“We’re delighted that Lorica has chosen AME as part of its auto-enrolment portal. We’ve designed AME from an employers’ perspective, looking at the challenges they face in making auto-enrolment a success for their business and their employees. AME enables advisers and employers to also work together to accurately assess the financial implications of auto-enrolment, and make informed decisions about what’s best for their business and their employees”.
