OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2012. PotashCorp and its Board of Directors employs some of the best corporate governance practices in Canada, according to The Globe & Mail and its annual Board Games rankings.

For the third consecutive year, the national newspaper’s governance feature has placed PotashCorp at the top of the list, tying for second place in 2012. The Board Games ranking assesses the practices of Canadian companies across four categories: board composition; compensation; shareholders rights and disclosure. PotashCorp earned a total of 96 points out of 100.

The company scored full marks in compensation and disclosure categories, speaking to PotashCorp's core values of accountability and transparency and its commitment to operating with integrity.
