OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2012. The Supervisory Council of the “Strategic Initiatives Agency for Promoting New Projects” Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization (ASI) held a session chaired by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, reported the press-centre of FAS.

The members of the Supervisory Council considered the new projects submitted for approval and discussed the prospects of further work as well as the package of “road maps” towards improving business climate.

Vladimir Putin pointed out at the “road map” for developing competition:

“Recently quite a few important decisions were made in the field of antimonopoly regulation. However, these efforts must be continued consistently, in particular, violations of competition by state and municipal authorities must be significantly cut down. Entrepreneurs should truly feel improvement of the competitive environment. As we agreed initially, each “road map” must clearly outline the goals and deadlines for particular actions, as well as the responsible ministries and agencies. I expect that summarizing the results of the work of the Supervisory Council, the “road maps” will be revised and approved by the Government of the Russian Federation”, states the room document.
