OREANDA-NEWS. December 3, 2012. From September 25 till September 27, 2012, the 10th conference of milling and groats enterprises of Russia took place. In the framework of this show the 7th Nationwide show of flour and groats quality was held and The best mill of Russia-2011 competition was finalised. The products of Stoylenskaya Niva were represented by the flour of two enterprises of Grain Processing Division: Starooskolskiy bread-baking complex CJSC and Kurskiy bread-baking complex CJSC.

Starooskolskiy bread-baking complex CJSC and Kurskiy bread-baking complex CJSC became winners of The best mill of Russia-2011 competition among the milling plants with procession capacity from 500 to 1000 tons of grain per day. The representatives of the enterprises were awarded diplomas and bronze statuettes in the shape of a wind mill.

According to the results of the 7th Nationwide show of flour and groats quality Starooskolskiy bread-baking complex got two golden medals and first place diplomas 'For high quality products' and a silver medal and the second place diploma as well. The products of Kurskiy bread-baking complex was honoured with two silver medals and the second place diplomas, and a golden medal with the first place diploma 'For high quality products'.

Besides, the award-box of the enterprises was augmented with diplomas for packaging and wide assortment of products output.

All the participants of the quality conference were certified for compliance with the requirements of international standards.

Starooskolskiy bread-baking complex CJSC is one of the leaders among milling enterprises of Central Russia, the member of Russian Grain Union. The refinery capacities of production constitute more than 500 tons of grain per day, the total volume power of storage is 72 thousand tons. The plant has the widest line of consumer size flour in the country including 12 trademarks.

Kurskiy bread-baking complex CJSC is one of the leading and dynamically developing grain processing enterprises of Kursk region and of Central Chernozem region. The elevator of the complex allows to store up to 54 tons of grain, the mill of the enterprise is capable to process more than 510 tons of grain per day. The flour produced by Kurskiy complex constitutes more than 60% of the total production volume in Kursk region.
