I can already feel that DTEK has gained momentum and is swiftly moving forward. The company is changing its approaches to organisation of labour, time and resources management. My immediate tasks will be to build an effective system for DTEK’s thermal generation management, to improve operational reliability and efficiency, and to design and implement the strategy of DTEK’s generation development for 2013-2015.
