OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2012. Sviaz-Bank keeps up developing its own mortgage programs vigorously and involve new partners in their implementation. The list of projects under construction approved by the Bank now has housing complexes in Moscow Region added to it – Butovo Alleys, Dream, Agro Town, Central, Rutown, Moscow A101, Skalba Bank, and Victoria’s Gem that match up to very high standards of comfort, convenient location, easy access, and the developer’s dependability, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

Today, the list of housing projects under construction where housing can be purchased with a loan from Sviaz-Bank contains 44 locations in different regions and cities across Russia (Moscow, Moscow Region, St.Petersburg, Blagoveshchensk, Vladivostok, Krasnoyarsk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Saratov, Sochi, Tomsk, and Yakutsk).

Customers showing an interest in any of them can take out a mortgage under the program “Uncollateralized New Housing” at a minimum interest rate starting with 12% per annum at the construction stage and up from 10.5% after the housing has passed into their ownership, or practically at the same rates that housing sells on the secondary real estate market.

The total interest rate depends on several factors such as, for example, the size of the down payment, mortgage period, form of income certification, credit history, availability of recommended insurance policies, commission for mortgage execution, and stage of project completion. In sum, the more conditions are met by a customer the lower the mortgage interest rate.

Finally, the minimum down payment must be equal to at least 20% of the price of the real estate to be purchased. A mortgage has a maximum size of 30 million rubles and can be issued for three to 30 years.

The program applies to the purchase of housing projects under construction on the primary market – apartments, suites, townhouses, and residences including land.

Mortgages are issued for the purchase of real estate in Moscow and in all 52 regions where Sviaz-Bank has branches across the territory of the Russian Federation.
