OREANDA-NEWS. December 6, 2012. SCM has ended the sixth season of its educational project, FormulaS. This year the master classes delivered by SCM Group’s senior managers and a guest speaker, Kseniya Sobchak, brought together over 750 students.

The sixth season of SCM’s FormulaS ended on 27 November in the Teacher’s House in Kiev with a master class by Kseniya Sobchak “You are media. How new media have changed the world and our opportunities”. In addition to the guest speaker, three senior managers of SCM Group also gave their master classes. Timur Khasanov-Batirov, DTEK Compliance Officer, opened the season with a master class “Compliance as a New Area for the New Generation”. Rostislav Shurma, CEO of Zaporozhstal Steel Plant, talked about how to become a CEO at 29. Yuriy Zinchenko, CEO of Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant, spoke about the art of planning and achieving your success.

Season 6 alone brought together over 750 students, and over its entire history the project gathered around 4,000 attendees.

“FormulaS is a good opportunity to tell our students what they need to build a career in Ukraine, and our speakers are a clear and, above all, motivating example of how to become successful. The audience of FormulaS is growing every year, which proves that students really need the project, and that it has some practical value. I hope that in a few years’ time we’ll choose our most successful “graduates” from among the first students and invite them to speak,” said SCM Director of Public Relations and Communications Natalia Yemchenko.
