OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2012. Georgy Ter-Aristokesyants has been appointed Director of the Mortgage Loan Department of the Bank of Moscow.

G. Ter-Aristokesyants was born on 16 August 1980 in Moscow. In 2002 he graduated from Plekhanov Russian Economy Academy specialising in finance and loans.

His work in the bank sector Georgy began in 2002 at the Loan Department of the DeltaCredit Bank. In 2003 he began working at the Mortgage and Consumer Loan Administration of the Foreign Trade Bank (Vneshtorgbank). Since 2006 he has been working at VTB24 in the position of the Head of Credit Product and Partner Programme Development Administration of the Mortgage Loan Department.

Today the business of the Bank of Moscow is supported by experience and abilities of its key shareholder, the VTB Group. One of the priority directors of the Bank of Moscow is development of the retail business where mortgage is a key element.

Having assumed office G, Ter-Aristokesyants has voiced the key task of the Department to be fulfilled by the end of the year, i.e. to raise the quality of work with partners and clients of the Bank of Moscow. Thus, according to him, a decision to grant a loan in most cases must take 2 days and the whole procedure for extending a loan within the Bank’s own mortgage products and under the VTB 24 programmes must take place at the office of the Bank of Moscow.
