OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2012. Moscow Arbitration Court pronounced legitimacy of the decision and determination of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) regarding Yekaterinburg City Authority, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 30th May 2012, FAS found that Yekaterinburg City Authority violated Clauses 1 and 2 Part 1 Article 15 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.
