OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2012. Cyprus-based SCM (SYSTEM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED) wholly owned by SCM Group has bought a 40% stake in Yenakiyevskiy Koksokhimprom and a 31.13% stake in Donetskkoks to ensure controlling interests in the companies. Up to date the Group owns 50% of Yenakiyevskiy Koksokhimprom and 69.81% in Donetskkoks.

The deal was cleared by the antimonopoly agencies and closed in compliance with the applicable laws.

Soon SCM Ltd will transfer the stakes to Metinvest B.V., a holding company of Metinvest Group, SCM's mining and metals business.
