Tata Housing Development Company (Tata Housing), India’s leading real estate development company, today announced that it has sold the entire phase II of Primanti, a premium luxury housing project, within two days of its launch. Located at Sector 72 in Gurgaon, phase II of the project comprised 150 units spread across 4,50,000 sq ft and valued at Rs350 crore.

Spread beautifully over 36 acre, Primanti is a green haven with 80 percent of the property reserved for open spaces. The rich flora forms dramatic patterns with stone structures and water features, inspired by Delhi’s Mughal Gardens. The project is strategically located on the Southern Peripheral Road and is closely connected to NH8, which provides high speed access to the airport, business centres, shopping malls, schools, healthcare facilities, entertainment areas and many other important destinations.

It also offers a state-of- the-art clubhouse and sporting zone along with spa facilities designed to provide the perfect ambience to de-stress and unwind. The units were priced at a 3BHK costing around Rs2.28 crore to Rs2.38 crore, and a 4BHK costing around Rs2.95 crore to Rs3.11 crore.
