DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia’s leading retailers of foods and everyday products - today announced consolidated retail revenue growth of 47.4% in Russian rubles (38.2% in USD) for the first eleven months of 2012, and consolidated retail revenue growth by 17.5% in Russian rubles (15.5% in US dollars) for November 2012.

For the first eleven months of 2012 the DIXY Group opened 324 new stores and, as of November 30,

2012, had 1,398 stores under operation, including 1,339 neighborhood stores, 40 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group Total consolidated retail revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date of June 15, 2011) increased to 130.1 billion RUR (4.2 billion USD) by 47.4% in RUR (38.2% in USD) for the first eleven months of 2012 compared to the same period last year.

DIXY Group Total retail revenue for the first eleven months of 2012 increased by 21.1% in RUR (13.5%

in USD) year-on-year on pro-forma basis (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of FY2011).

In November 2012, DIXY Group Total consolidated retail revenue increased to 12.2 billion RUR (388.6

million USD) by 17.5% in RUR (15.5% in USD) year-on-year.

In November 2012, the remaining part of ex-Victoria neighborhood stores was transferred to DIXY operational chain and legal structure in order to finalize the integration process. As of November 30, 2012, the integration of ex-Victoria neighborhood stores was successfully completed. Additionally, a substantial part of DIXY neighborhood stores operated temporarily without their alcohol licenses in November, and therefore, did not sell any spirits. The licenses were being renewed in the process of transferring these DIXY stores to a single legal entity in the course of the corporate legal structure optimization.
