OREANDA-NEWS. January 09, 2013. In 2013, new companies fall under the scope of the Federal Law “On Procurement of Goods, Works and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities”, reported the press-centre of FAS.

From 1st January 2013 the norms of the Federal Law “On Procurement of Goods, Works and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities”. (No. 223-FZ) will be applicable to subsidiaries, over 50% of the authorized capital of which in total belongs to state-run companies, holders of natural monopolies, organizations exercising government-regulated activities in electric power supply, gas supply, heat supply, water supply, water disposal, sewage treatment, disposal (dumping) of solid household waste, state unitary enterprises, state autonomous institutions, economic entities in the authorized capital of which participation of the Russian Federation or a constituent territory of the Russian Federation exceeds 50%, as well as subsidiaries of such companies, in the authorized capital of which the share of subsidiaries in total exceeds 50%.
