OREANDA-NEWS. January 10, 2013. Another stage in the restructuring of the Svyazinvest Group of companies has been completed. In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 1005 dated August 12, 2010 and Decree No. 1418 dated November 15, 2010 the state stakes in five telecom companies have been contributed to the charter capital of Svyazinvest in exchange for additional shares in Svyazinvest. Specifically, Svyazinvest has acquired the voting shares in Central Telegraph, Bashinformsvyaz, Moscow International Telegraph Station No. 9 (MMTS-9), Chukotkasvyazinform and Ingushelektrosvyaz.

Prior to the acquisition, Svyazinvest’s stake in the voting shares of Central Telegraph stood at 51%. Following the acquisition this stake amounts to 80%. Svyazinvest’s stake in the charter capital of Central Telegraph following the acquisition amounts to 60.03%.

Earlier Svyazinvest did not hold any voting shares in Bashinformsvyaz. Following the acquisition Svyazinvest’s stake in the voting shares of Bashinformsvyaz amounts to 29.31%. Svyazinvest’s stake in the charter capital of Bashinformsvyaz following the acquisition amounts to 28.24%.

Earlier Svyazinvest did not hold any voting shares in MMTS-9. Following the acquisition Svyazinvest’s stake in the voting shares of MMTS-9 amounts to 50.67%. Svyazinvest’s stake in the charter capital of MMTS-9 following the acquisition amounts to 38%.

Earlier Svyazinvest did not hold any voting shares in Chukotkasvyazinform. Following the acquisition Svyazinvest’s stake in the voting shares of Chukotkasvyazinform amounts to 100%. Svyazinvest’s stake in the charter capital of Chukotkasvyazinform following the acquisition amounts to 75%.

Earlier Svyazinvest did not hold any voting shares inngushelektrosvyaz. Following the acquisition Svyazinvest’s stake in the voting shares of Ingushelektrosvyaz amounts to 100%. Svyazinvest’s stake in the charter capital of Ingushelektrosvyaz following the acquisition amounts to 100%.
