OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2013.  During the recent holiday celebrations, ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. (JSC Atomredmetzoloto) and JSC PIMCU held two events of the corporate winter session. These were performed within the scope of the program entitled “45 Deeds Marking the 45th Anniversary of PIMCU.”
On 3-8 January, the Youth Innovation Forum “REformation” was held at the Gora Sobolinaya Ski Resort in the Town of Baykalsk. About 38 most active young specialists from various divisions and enterprises of JSC PIMCU participated in the event. During the forum trainings for the development of leadership, teamwork and communication skills were organized. A number of events were devoted to the mid-term development program for JSC PIMCU and the Production Unit of Rosatom. The entertainment part of the forum included snowboarding lessons and a climb to Taltsinsky Peak, located in the vicinity of the resort. Instructors from Moscow and specialists from Chita, Irkutsk and Krasnokamensk were invited to lead the lessons and training sessions.
Furthermore 20 families of JSC PIMCU employees vacationed at the Gornyak Health and Recreation Resort located in the Town of Krasnokamensk on 3-7 January. The trip vouchers were issued as part of the incentive program for outstanding work in 2012.
In total, the health and recreation resort hosted 64 guests. For their entertainment, project instructors organized three creative schools – design, painting and figure skating. A separate program, encompassing both additional hobby groups (young chefs’ school, gift school and toy school) and daily cartoon screenings at the local movie theater was arranged for the children. Special attention was paid to family-bonding exercises (joint decoration of plates and T-shirts, the fashioning of items from polymer clay, and fun relay races). In the evenings, the children and their parents participated in an entertainment program. They took part in giant soap-bubble show, performance by circus artists from Chita, and dance show of the ARTnova project participants.
The results of the trip were drawn up on 6 January. The instructors voted to determine the three most active and close-knit families, who were awarded gifts from event organizers. The first place prize was a trip voucher for the whole family to a resort in Turkey. The families coming in second and third received a plasma display panel and a video camera, respectively. A spectacular fire show and a grand fireworks display sounded the final happy note.
