According to Mykola Azarov, retail turnover in Ukraine increased by 16% in last year and if compared to 2009 – by about 50%.

"So our people began to invest in the purchase of goods and services by half more than three years ago, said Mykola Azarov. - And it happened in a stable price situation – it is the second time since independence when the CPI in 2012 was lower than the previous year and amounted to 99.8%. "

Prime Minister stressed that it was observed drastic reductions in the prices of commodities are very important. Thus by 7-22% decreased prices for vegetables, eggs, sugar, rice, processed cereals, milk and dairy products, butter.

"And the market is responding to intensifying demand. For example, for the first time in eight years, increased milk production, which compared with 2011 is produced by 3% more, including agricultural enterprises - 13%", Mykola Azarov said.
